About Us
The word "flamingo" originates from the Spanish and Latin word "flamenco" meaning “fire” which describes bright color of the flamingo's feathers. As you get to know my brand, there is no better way to describe my inspiration than to go back to the roots.
I will admit, I have been a flamingo-lover my whole life, and it just so happened that as my growing daughter was starting to show interest in animals, the flamingo really stood out to her. Not to mention, it wasn’t the easiest word for a toddler to say, but she tried! Enough with my love for flamingos, let me speak more about my brand. For months, I've been working hard to bring my dream to reality. I've always loved fashion – from dressing my baby dolls, to now dressing my real-life doll, my daughter. Designing these pieces has been the best thing I've ever done. I am so grateful to God for financially allowing me to make this happen. Now, I can only hope that you all love what I have created as much as I do. All of our clothing is handmade in the heart of my birth country, Colombia. Each of my designs have been created by the inspiration I receive from my daughter, Adalyn. I love dressing her, and with this brand, you will learn that I love it all; from the vintage florals to the boho-chic look. My goal is to make something for everyone and to show that there is more to fashion than just the obvious esthetic. Enjoy!
